🐰今日外贸知识分享:
客诉有很多种,例如发货数量和客户实际收到的数量不符,这个在很多外贸业务员中时有发生的,主要原因有:

➡️装运的数量比订单的数量少了, 叫短装(Short shipment)
➡️装运数量比订单多了, 叫溢装(Over shipment)

✅我这个月就出现了短装的情况,问了一遍工厂,找不出愿意。考虑到是老客户,因此就毫不犹豫给客户补了货,跟下一批货一起出。客户也欣然接受。类似上述的案例,可以这样写:

Dear xxx,
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused. (先道歉)

After investigation, the mistake was entirely our own. It occurred because of the staff shortage during the busy season. And shipped goods was not counted carefully. (解释因为旺季,员工不足,货物没有仔细数)

We'll arrange the short of goods with your next shipment. (告诉客户这些短缺的数量跟下批货一起出,成功避开客户要我们付运费马上发的话题)

More strict inspection will be taken in the next orders. (强调接下来的订单会更加严格检验)
