reach的两个表达，第一个达成协议很简单，reach a deal to；
还有一个地道表达within reach，本意是伸手可及，形容做事就有胜券在握的意思啦。
还可以写成within one’s grasp：

共和党提名几乎胜券在握
补充一个俚语：“in the bag”有“十拿九稳，胜券在握”的意思，东西放到袋子里，意思就是跑不掉了，和中文“囊中之物”有异曲同工之妙。The game is in the bag. 这场比赛赢定了。
A shoo-in 可用来形容对于胜利十拿九稳的人或团队。注意：单词“shoo”的发音同“shoe 鞋子”一样。
